Business Green Rewards Card Issued by American Express Overall Rating Benefit Rating *No APR Annual Fee: $95** Category: Business Review The Business Green Rewards Card, issued by American Express, is ideal for business owners with good credit who can afford to pay in full each month and want to avoid accumulating credit card debt. There is an annual fee of $95 for the primary cardholder and $40 for each additional cardholder. However, the annual fee for the primary cardholder and additional cardholders will be waived for the first year as long as the application is submitted online. As with all business credit cards issued by American Express®, cardholders will be able to take advantage of various additional services and benefits offered. Some of the benefits include travel accident insurance and purchase protection along with special discounts from FedEx®, AT&T®, Staples®, and other selected retailers. It is important to review the disclosures for participating merchant discounts, as restrictions and limitations do apply. The card also offers access to the Membership Rewards® program for no additional annual fee. This program offers one of the best and most flexible reward programs available in the credit card industry due to the variety of merchandise and services that can be redeemed for accumulated points. In addition, there is no expiration or maximum number of points that can be earned and cardholders will be awarded 5,000 points upon approval. Therefore, those who can afford to pay in full each month and will be able to take advantage of the rewards program as well as the additional discounts at participating merchants will benefit most from what the Business Green Rewards Card has to offer.
